Timberline Workmanship Warranty
Every install we do is covered by our workmanship warranty. If something fails because of how it was installed — a nail pattern, a flashing seal, a boot that wasn't seated right — we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument. This is separate from the product warranty and covers the labor side of the job. Duration is discussed at the time of your quote and put in writing.
TAMKO Heritage — Limited Lifetime
TAMKO's Heritage series carries a Limited Lifetime warranty on the shingle itself against manufacturing defects, including a 10-year 100% replacement period. Wind coverage goes up to 130 mph with proper installation. This warranty transfers once to a subsequent homeowner within 30 days of sale — a real selling point if you ever list the home.
TAMKO Titan XT & Stormfighter FLEX
The Titan XT and Stormfighter FLEX lines carry Limited Lifetime warranties with enhanced impact and wind ratings. Stormfighter FLEX holds a Class 4 impact resistance rating — the highest available — which can qualify you for an insurance discount in Texas. Both warranties require certified installation to be valid, which is exactly how we install them.
Central States R-Loc® & M-Loc® — Lifetime Paint
Central States CentralGuard® Prime panels carry a Lifetime limited paint adhesion warranty, a 30-year chalk and fade warranty, and a 50-year Galvalume® perforation warranty. Panels are Class 4 impact rated (UL2218), Class A fire rated (UL790), and Texas windstorm approved — making them one of the most protection-backed metal options available.
Sheffield FF-100 & FF-150 — Kynar 500® PVDF
Sheffield's Kynar 500® PVDF coated standing seam panels are backed by a 40-year finish warranty covering fade, chalk, and peeling. The Galvalume® substrate carries a 25-year perforation warranty. Concealed-fastener design eliminates exposed fastener leak points, and the Kynar 500® coating is the industry gold standard for long-term color and finish retention.
